We have extensive experience in managing corporate I.D roll-outs, large and small. The BP Harmony roll-out is an example, where we conducted hundreds of site surveys and wrote the scope of works for each site that we surveyed. This program was spread across 2 years, and covered a national region, involving many thousands of kilometres travelled.
This project also involved compliance with the extensive site rules of a retail petroleum outlet. Our role also included quality compliance audits, safety procedure checks, and environmental monitoring of contractor activities.
